What our students say...

"The majority of modules on the course directly apply to my professional career. The most remarkable ones for me were Business Psychology and Behaviour Marketing, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management , Global Business Environment, Enterprise Development, Accounting and Creativity & Entrepreneurship.Business psychology and behaviour helped me to better understand resistance to change within a corporation. It also helped me to effectively conduct training in India and gave me a better knowledge about different cultures and the way they act regarding trainers or managers from abroad. Accounting has helped me to calculate and understand long term objectives. I worked full-time throughout the 4 years on the course and this was the most challenging time of my life so far. I was 100% committed and would not give up on achieving this lifelong dream. Lecturers are very aware of the work-life balance limitation for those who combine work with studying, and they had a friendly and understanding approach in most cases. I particularly liked the online classes (once per week) as it allowed me study at home and be with my family. The constant learning and link from theory to practice at work on a weekly basis is very satisfactory.
It allowed me to bring theoretical knowledge from college into my work life (e.g. for example Hofstede's cultural dimensions theory, PESTLE, habits of highly effective people). I would recommend the course. All the modules taught will benefit you at work and the discipline required to succeed will make you a better person. I have made a good network of great people while studying at ITB."
